Your Best Birth- The Workbook offers a thoughtful and comprehensive guide to prepare you for one of life's most profound and transformational experiences. The questions in this workbook have been chosen after years of meeting with couples as they prepare to welcome their baby into the world. I have also observed which topics often arise during labour and birth which are important to have discussed prior to the day of your baby’s birth.
